CAD Drafting Services
This stage involves CAD drafting of the design for your home. This includes floor plans, elevations, and cross sections in basic CAD format.
Custom Design
Fully-immersive design development utilizing a unique 3D model that will take your concept design to the next level. This will include renderings, placing rooms, choosing window opening sizes and placements, door locations, furniture layouts, and construction systems.
Schematic Design
This design will encompass the basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing schematics to aide in calculating sub-contracting costs.
Design Process
Throughout the entire process, you are in control. You will be able to communicate about your design preferences, functional requirements, and budget. This will be a working partnership with your designer to ensure the best possible outcome for your project. The result will be a final design that is unique to your family and a home that is truly your design.
CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
You will be able to meet with a professional home designer from Creative Touch who will work with you and your design from start to finish. Your designer will make sure to get to know you and understand the heart of your vision. This will ensure that all ideas are implemented into the conceptual design, successfully setting the project up for the preliminary stage.
FINAL DESIGN
Our goal is to provide creative and cost effective design solutions that exceed your expectations. Following approval of the preliminary design we will begin preparing your final drawings ready to submit to your contractor. As an added bonus, Creative Touch can work closely with Structural Engineers to develop full structural plans for your home as well. You will then be provided with a full set of construction documents ready for your local building department.
PRELIMINARY DESIGN
Our designer gives shape to your vision through drawings and written specifications. Your input into this phase is vital, as you get the first glimpses, and then a more defined look at how your home will take shape. In this phase of your project your coordinator will provide you with a general scope, size, and design concept based off of your initial meeting. You will receive preliminary drawings in addition to your site plan, floor plans, elevations, and cross sections of the building.
